Prescription Request

At Broward Animal Hospital, we provide online prescription refill request options for our existing clients. Please complete the form, including all necessary information. Please remember to allow at least 48 hours before pick-up, making sure you order in plenty of time so that your pet does not need to go without. For more urgent requests, please contact our hospital.

Please note that for some prescriptions your pet will need an office visit with the doctor. If it's been more than a year since your pet has seen the doctor or your pet's prescription has expired, please call us at (954) 925-2467) to schedule an appointment.
